Information you give us
Call-back forms. A form on this site asks for your name, your phone number, your town and an optional note. Along with those, we record which page the form was sent from. We use all of it for one purpose: getting back to you about your car's glass and setting up a visit.
Calls. When you ring (984) 230-4680 we see your number and hear what you tell us about the car. That stays within the work of answering you and doing the job.
Measuring calls and visits to the site
Calls and form requests connected with this website are tracked with WhatConverts. Its script loads on these pages and can store cookies or similar data in your browser, which lets it link a call or request to the page or search that led to it.
Services that process data for us
Form requests are saved with Supabase and forwarded to us by email through Resend. Vercel hosts the site and handles the ordinary request data any web server sees, including IP address, browser details and the pages loaded.
When details are shared
Your information is never sold. Your request may be passed to the auto glass technician who handles the job so they can reach you about it, and when you use insurance, we share the job details your insurer needs for the claim. We'll also disclose information when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting it
Request details are kept only for as long as it takes to answer you, carry out the work, keep normal business records and meet legal duties. To find out what we hold or to have it deleted, call (984) 230-4680 or send a form request saying it concerns privacy.
Children
Nothing on this site is aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Updates
Any change to this policy will show up as a new date at the top of the page.
